I think Miss Stacy is a great doctor, but when I came in to see her the next month after having to go to the hospital because they wrote me out medicine and they said they wouldn’t see me anymore and that’s the only thing I hated about it, but as far as being a good doctor, she’s an amazing doctor

I’m new in town, so my first time there. Lots of new forms to fill out that took up much time, maybe digitalization in the future? I’m sure next visit will be much easier. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, Paige made me feel comfortable. NP Sarah was attentive, took time to listen and was practical to my needs, making suggestions but letting me make the decisions. I’m glad to have them be a part of my health journey.

Jessica was nice professional and very real. Just what I like in a medical professional. Would always recommend her.

At first she was fantastic, but yesterday I had an appointment JUST because the office would not respond to me after 4 months about referrels they had sent. I felt like I was dying all that time and felt absolutely horrible when I came into the office. No one apologized for the wait or the fact that I had to make an appointment JUST to get answers about my referral. They didnt even call me to keep me updated or respond in the patient portal. Turns out the infectious disease doctors wouldn't accept me because I wasn't "cdc positive" for Lyme disease which is ridiculous in itself. Unfortunately Lyme is political. I've been sick from Lyme(and Rocky mountain spotted fever)for over a decade that I got right here in Knox county! Doctors still refuse to help. Resending a referral was the only thing she said she could do and that was it. She was basically wiping her hands clean of anything to do with me and helping me get treated. Just like every other doctor that left me to die with chronic Lyme. So because of that I'd have to say she's pretty basic. I regret recommending her to people.

I’m so grateful I was referred to this doctor’s office. As a recovering addict, people tend to lump all of us together and treat us as if there is no differentiation. You’re pre-judged before you even have the opportunity to partake in a conversation. When I met with Ed, he genuinely cared about what I was going through, without judgement, without treating me as less than and without making the assumption that I’m not to be trusted. He was a breath of fresh air and a reminder that there are still good people in the medical field who are in the practice for all the right reasons. I have struggled to find a doctor who treats ADHD and is also willing to write prescriptions that other doctors won’t even consider giving you no matter how long you have been prescribed them. At Maltman, if they can truly see the therapeutic value, stabilization, and consistent responsible behavior of said medications, they will support you in the continuation of those meds. I can only share my experience of this medical office. I can’t speak for others nor do I guarantee that anyone else will have the same prescription management. What I can tell you, without a shadow of a doubt, is that you will be treated with respect and sincere care for your well being. So, to reiterate again, this medical office has truly been a blessing in a long line of frustration and disappointment with other medical offices. Thank you to Ed, the gentleman at the front desk and the lovely lady who draws labs. You all were so respectful, kind and understanding. I wish I would have known about your office sooner.

My first ever experience with the Maltman clinic was reassuring and affirming. I am a Transgender woman. I am always initially very cautious coming into new places. Especially in a situation where I am making myself vulnerable as a patient in the medical setting. However the staff, from the young person at the counter through the NP and the phlebotomist were professional, kind, and pleasant.

Jessica Mitchell is one of the finest Nurse Practitioners I have ever been to. I don't usually write reviews about Medical Experiences because most Medical Places lack in one or two areas. I drive an hour and a half to this place when I first came to Malton medical I had so much anxiety depression PTSD that it was crippling me I also suffer from sciatica and scoliosis they have helped me so much that I had a social security disability form that I was going to feel out to try to get help because I couldn't work now I am able to focus on trying to get a job because they're handling my pain and my mental health my wife just started there and we are both so blessed to have Jessica Mitchell as our provider Jordan that answers the phone is always professional so sweet and helpful I love you guys the bedside Manor has gotten me so comfortable I cannot put into words what you guys mean to me thank you

I haven't had a primary care provider since I was 16 (kicked out of pediatrics due to pregnancy). Jessica is the first provider i've seen that did not make me nervous and uncomfortable. At my first and only appointment so far, I was able to address my concerns very well and really felt like she listened to me unlike providers i've seen before.

I felt cared for as a patient, Drs listen to all my concerns. Really great group of physicians. Always return my phone calls very quickly. Highly recommend!

Dr.Tim is great and takes great care of us. The time to get in is wuick and no long wait, the staff is great also. They resolve wuestion at the office and billing is done there so you do not have to second guess it.

I’ve been seeing Ted for 3 years and he is great.

So when I called for a sick visit they were really nice got me in same day when I got there I only waited maybe 15 min and was in the back about 20 minutes Edward is a very good doctor explains things listens to what your saying he's amazing all the way around I'm very blessed to have them as a primary doctor.
